Digital Marketing / Social Media Executive
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Regular posting, monitoring of social media posts – Maintaining social media presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter. Knowledge about Pinterest and Quora would help.
• Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Be in tune with latest digital trends like Google algorithm updates and other third party analytics tools
Candidate Profile:
• Marketing specialization in social media domain
• Excellent writing skills (strong English knowledge)
• Know-how and knowledge of best social media practices
• Should be able to build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, messaging and audience identification
• Achieve organizational alignment & resources with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a growth-oriented, hands-on work environment.
• Should research social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

- Strong self-belief, experience in digital space
- 0-2 years’ experience in social media field
- Sound knowledge of the digital marketing industry
