Please find below JD for Key Accounts – Sales position:

  1. Focus on major-projects /bulk volume of 150~250 units in co-operation with Regional Sales Team
  2. Securing at least 2 major projects per annum of 60 units or more
  3. Having participation in all projects of the customers who have Pan India presence .
  4. Also , Participating in all Infra structure projects Pan India where Toshiba can be competitive and can secure one such project per annum ( Airport /Metro etc)
  5. Participating in all and securing at least one High Rise project per annum which has speed requirements 4 mps or above .and stops 50+ floors .
  6. Attending to the customers who have Pan –India presence .
  7. Co-ordinating with Regional Sales Team for such enquiries from these customers
  8. Meeting such customers on regular intervals across India
  9. Keeping Senior Management informed about all such major projects across India including High Rise Projects.
  10. Should be familiar with All India Customer base and mainly senior management . Also to be familiar with top architects /consultants across India .
  11. Should have strong communication /negotiation skills
