At Bhumi World Industrial Park we’re looking for a Performance Marketer…

1. Create and manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, and Programmatic)
2. Hands-on experience in running digital ads across channels
3. Create and manage content for digital campaigns (creative, banners, video, etc.)
4. Create and manage UTMs for campaign attributions
5. Create a repository of all creative used across all ads
6. Set up conversion tracking, pixel, and even tracking on the websites across various digital platforms
7. Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the team
   Candidate Profile:
   • Marketing specialization in social media domain
   • Excellent writing skills (strong English knowledge)
   • Know-how and knowledge of best social media practices
   • Should be able to build and execute paid media strategy through competitive research, messaging and audience identification
   • Achieve organizational alignment & resources with minimal supervision.
   • Comfortable working in a growth-oriented, hands-on work environment.
   • Should research social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
   • Candidates with MBA will be preferred.

  Experience: 2-3 years in Real Estate Paid Media Marketing is must

  Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
