JD is as follows :
The PROJECT CO-O RDINATOR has to perform the following roles & responsibilities as follows:
1.Cordinate with site engineer and take labour update and execution update daily and maintain report of each site
2.Get the requirements of material required, consumed from site engineer and report to director along with excel sheet
3.Float enquiry to suppliers and take rates and report to senior
4.Prepare PO as per guidance of senior
5.Talk with customers and give them updates on site progress etc
5.Coordinate on site with engineer and client and get bill passed
6.coordinate for payments from customer
7.check the contractor bills and prepare outstanding in excel and coordinate with contractors for site execution
