Job Description:

  1. 10-12 years of experience in Maintenance portfolio management in Elevator & Escalator
  2. 2-3 years of experience in managing the department.
  3. Candidate should be well verse with techno commercial of Maintenance business. Must
    possess through experience in electrical, troubleshooting. repair & PPM.
  4. Direct dealing experience with key & prementum customers.
  5. Inventory Level Mgmt. for Plant. Physical Verification.
  6. Safety and Quality Management.
  7. Skill Development of Maintenance Team through training and monitoring.
  8. Customer Management and complaint redressal.
  9. Planned Mte., Breakdown Mte. & Repair Maintenance.
  10. Team Management (Grievance Redressal, SWP, MER)
  11. Budget Preparation for AMC & Repair Order received & Sales & Report actual figures to
    Mgmt. regularly.
  12. Contract Mgmt. Tracking & Negotiation for timely order receive.
  13. Tracking & Managing Payments.
  14. Vendor Mgmt. (Identify new vendor, Vendor Registration Payment etc.)
    Soft skill:
    1) Interpersonal Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi
    2) Data Management: Excellent at MS Excel
    3) Presentation: Good at power point presentation
