Ac Accountabilities / Expected End Results	Major Activities
Project Cost Control	Planning resources and equipment’s in efficient way to control the project cost.
Cost Projection	Projection of resources requirement and expenses in the beginning of project through estimation.
Project Revenue	To coordinate with the customer for timely payment and submitting payment application on time for smooth cash flow.
Quality objective	To ensure the quality of product via stage wise quality checks and final joint quality check with the assistance of TELC experts
Safety objective	To ensure Health and Safety of technician by monitoring, controlling and training them with initial safety induction, regular tool box talk, weekly safety meetings, safety patrols and safety rewards.
Customer Satisfaction	Timely coordination with customer and timely completion of project with good quality will keep the customer satisfied
Technical Matters	To oversee all technical matters and liaise with manufacturer on all technical matters, shipment schedules ..etc.
