Main responsibilities to be handled:

  1. Controlling planned resources and equipment’s in efficient way to control the maintenance cost
  2. To ensure the quality of maintenance via planned preventive service, coded maintenance and site audit with the assistance.
  3. To ensure health and safety of technician by ensuring regular KYK meeting, initial safety induction safety patrols and safety rewards.
  4. Efficient co-ordination with customer and timely addressing the issues raised by customer.
  5. To raise quality control report with manufacturer, keep track of shipment schedule for variation orders, tesing and commissioning skills and trouble shooting of problems.


  • Accountable for customer satisfaction through quality of service and precise communication including equipment safety and performance
  • Resolve customer service quality complaints and invoicing complaints related to maintenance operations
  • Deliver service according to the service contract requirements as per EPIC quality standards
  • Responsible for end-users, sites and technicians’ safety
  • Control field operations costs and callouts
  • Manage third party inspections visits and follow-up actions
  • Validate the service contract technical terms with the sales team
  • Timely completion of the planned maintenance visits according to scheduling
  • Responsible for the control and authorization of overtime
  • Accountable for the performance of assigned technicians and also being accountable for their motivation and competence development
