Job Description:
- 10-12 years of experience in Maintenance portfolio management in Elevator & Escalator
industry. - 2-3 years of experience in managing the department.
- Candidate should be well verse with techno commercial of Maintenance business. Must
possess through experience in electrical, troubleshooting. repair & PPM. - Direct dealing experience with key & prementum customers.
- Inventory Level Mgmt. for Plant. Physical Verification.
- Safety and Quality Management.
- Skill Development of Maintenance Team through training and monitoring.
- Customer Management and complaint redressal.
- Planned Mte., Breakdown Mte. & Repair Maintenance.
- Team Management (Grievance Redressal, SWP, MER)
- Budget Preparation for AMC & Repair Order received & Sales & Report actual figures to
Mgmt. regularly. - Contract Mgmt. Tracking & Negotiation for timely order receive.
- Tracking & Managing Payments.
- Vendor Mgmt. (Identify new vendor, Vendor Registration Payment etc.)
Soft skill:
1) Interpersonal Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi
2) Data Management: Excellent at MS Excel
3) Presentation: Good at power point presentation
